10/10 recommend if you're looking to learn pole technique , have fun, and build confidence. The biggest difference I have seen in beginner pole here is that instead of trying to teach a quick routine in a short time period, they actually take time to break down how to do the spins and give you time to practice. Class sizes are small and intimate so you also get a lot of coaching time.

If you're looking for an accepting, fun-loving, safety-prioritizing studio, THIS IS IT. I've taken the Pole L1 and Intro to Lyra series here, and I'm so incredibly satisfied with my experience with both instructors (Ashley and Elaine) and classes. Everyone, including the students, are so supportive. There's a huge variety of fitness levels & body types, but everyone still has tons of fun. Love the cheers and the offers to take videos! Can't wait to take more classes here. Parking is easy on the street (free for 2h max) or at the parking structure (also free, pretty much unlimited!).

I love taking classes here with JoJo! I’m new to pole but she makes it so easy and fun. I leave my classes feeling more confident and with specific moves to continue practicing on my own.
