“I will only have my HVAC system serviced through Washington energy services. They were honest and did not try to sell me more or do more than necessary while other HVAC companies were Very pushy and used scare tactics.
They were quick to respond to my call and needs, and communicated professionally.
I recommend them 100%!”
“Jesus N. provided duct cleaning and did an excellent job. He was communicative, friendly and thorough. He went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of and all our questions were answered.”
“I thought I had a leak in my bathtub but it ended up being entirely my fault due to not using caulking properly. The service tech showed up in a timely manner and he examined my situation and couldn't find a leak even after crawling under the house. He left and within 5 minutes I had to call him back to check my shower head and he was so calm and cool about it. The shower head forced the water to the underside of my strip caulking, flowing down to the corner of the tub and to the floor so it looked like a leak but it wasn't...even though this was a little embarrassing, the tech treated me respectfully and did a through job. The fist phone call to them was also pleasant and they booked the next day for services with follow up text messages. I recommend Spartan Plumbing services to anyone seeking help with plumbing issues,, especially in Roy as the first company I called could not service this area.
There is a service fee but very reasonable and I am definitely calling them again if needed.”
