Zack Hinson has been very responsive, courteous, and highly efficient in his last two visits to our house for service. Our heat pump and heater were both defective. He thoroughly explained the situation and the repairs needed. After weighing the cost of repairs to our equipment vs a new HVAC system, we asked for estimates.Joe Ross came and provided us the estimates on new systems. Joe was very knowledgeable and thorough in describing our options. We selected a Bosch unit which Zach Nestegard and Joseph Redmond expertly installed. Mercurio's service providers responded very quickly, diagnosed why my furnace stopped working and explained in great detail the problem, provided solutions/options, provided total costs options, and fixed the problem once I decided on which option I liked best.
