Serenity was recomended to us by Rossco Plumbing ( has earned our greatest trust )I have been recomended to them in the past as well.Off hours problem so I scheduled an appointment online, quick Monday am reply and by 9am Samuel was here.Nice guy, you could look him in the eyes and see he was here to help. The issue was not a typical problem and I could understand the time it took to diagnose. The furnace was pulling the interior insulation blanket over the fan when all panels were closed, but to diagnose you needed to open panels and it wouldn't repeat the issue. Eventually it was corrected. American Standard will hear about this issue though

Aaron was showed up on time and was very respectful. Also, he explained to me where water was leaking from our HVAC system and how he was going to fix it. I felt the charge was very reasonable.

We had the absolute best service from Serenity Air. Drew was so kind and patient explaining all our options and really helping us make a wise decision. Our new heater was installed by Chase and Erik and they did a fantastic job and answered any questions we had. The customer service was beyond awesome and the new heater we have now is cleaning our air and keeping us warm. We definitely recommend Serenity Air!
