Their crew is professional, timely, and thorough, often completing installations and electrical work in a single visit. Customers also value their honesty and integrity, especially when fixing issues caused by other companies' mistakes. One customer was impressed that, after their 13-year-old Crown Boiler stopped working, the team responded quickly. The owner was at the house within 24 hours, diagnosed the exhaust fan issue, and ordered a replacement that arrived in two days. A technician returned promptly, installed the part, and had the Boiler Furnace running again within hours. The customer found the technicians knowledgeable and friendly, with labor charges fair or slightly below market. This was the second time they used Cummings Inc. and plan to do so again. Additionally, the company has installed a condensing gas furnace and AC with excellent ongoing maintenance and accurate problem-solving. They also installed a heat pump five years ago, which has worked well with yearly tune-ups that addressed minor issues. Overall, Cummings Inc. HVAC provides a positive experience, ensuring homes are comfortable and ready for changing weather.
