Thank you so much to Brie and her team. Our furnace (like many others) froze up in the cold snap this week, and she immediately jumped on FaceTime to help us troubleshoot (and ultimately fix!) the system. So many companies could have made easy money on those of us whose systems couldn’t handle the cold, but Griffis was happy to help us right away on the phone and save us another agonizing night of cold. Thank you SO much! We definitely recommend using them!

A huge shout out to Brienne at Griffis Heating. She was able to identify my Furnace/air conditioner issues over the phone and suggested that my pump was most likely plugged. I was able to take the pump apart, clean it thoroughly then blow compressed air through the drain tube. Got it all back together and Voila!!! It's working perfectly and cooling the house down during our current heatwave! I was able to avoid a service call but will definitely be calling them again when I do need service! Highly recommend! Got multiple quotes to replace our dead gas furnace and they won on price. Even better, Jeff listened to what I wanted and didn't try to hard sell. Installer arrived on time, did a great job with the install and explained the new filter process and finishing the permitting. Final cost was the estimated cost. Couldn't be happier with them.
