Darrel and Juan arrived on time and after pumping and inspecting the tank they diagnosed our issue, answered all our questions and made a follow up time to come back and make final repairs. We had a flooded front yard and they ran a camera through all the outdoor drains and when the camera wouldn’t travel any farther, they dug around to find the problem. Will definitely be using them for any future problems we encounter.“

“Have done two services with these guys. Very courteous and reasonable. Recently had a furnace go do down during cold weather and hired another company as CH did not have techs the day of. They did move the appt up once I conveyed it was an emergency. Even though the other company already came out, I kept my appt with them just in case. I accepted the estimate from the other company (who did not get the heat going) and notified CH to cancel my appt. Anita asked for invoice details and shared her opinions on the cost. Long story short, CH got the furnace going on their diagnostic and we're in talks to replace my 29yr old furnace. The other company's repair estimate was 50% of a replacement. Wild.Note, CH is primarily a phone and email company so exercise a little patience in that regard.“

He was also on time, a great communicator, kind, and he got it done UNDER the estimate price.Our shower drain happened to clog the morning that he came, and he also took care of that even though he wasn't originally scheduled to do that.Jeff is not only the best plumber I've had work on my home, but even I'd say the best trade person overall. “Found a very large puddle around my water main, I couldn’t see the meter to see if it was spinning or find the shut off. Called Rain City Plumbing and Derek came out within 30 minutes. Tested a few things and talked it out and didn’t think there was a leak. He was really nice guy and didn’t make feel silly for calling them out! (Had the city come out later and they didn’t think it was a leak either, probably just a lot of ground water). Anyways, once I’m ready to do a couple plumbing projects in a few months, they will be my first call!“
