I had a really great experience with Dick’s Heating & A/C out of Sumner. Edgar, the technician who assisted me, was extremely professional and thorough. My heating unit hadn’t been looked at since 2019, and he gave me really solid advice on whether to replace parts or just go ahead and replace the whole unit. Thanks to his guidance, I’m opting for a full replacement, and they even gave me a great discount when I bundled it with duct cleaning. Overall, a really enjoyable and smooth experience.
