Narrows Heating and AC provides excellent service at a fair price. We obtained several other estimates for updating our home HVAC system. Narrows was able to install a top of the line, highly efficient heat pump at a competitive price. Matthew took the time to answer our questions and came up with a solution for our 1908 Craftsman home. We couldn’t be happier with the system Narrows’ professional technicians installed. We are enjoying the quiet operation of the equipment as well as the consistent, comfortable heat output.

We had a 50 year old electric forced air furnace that we wanted to replace with a heat pump. Chris came and answered all our questions about how much of the existing wiring and ducting could be used. The work was done promptly and as promised.

Chris and his team at Narrows did an excellent job installing our ductless heat pump. Scheduling the initial consultation was quick and easy. Chris was efficient with the evaluation and proposal. We had experiences with some other companies being very pushy salespeople. This was not the case with Narrows. The price was much more affordable than some other proposals we received for the exact same equipment. On the day of installation, the Dylans (both of the technicians were named Dylan) were very friendly and hardworking.
