“I came into work on December 22nd and there was no heat in my space. We called our landlord who was then able to get MCS out that day. Our neighboring unit was having the same problem. Ro Ro came out and was absolutely wonderful! A true professional and gentleman indeed. He said the external unit was turned off for both both our spaces. Unfortunately, however, that didn’t fix my problem. He took the time to troubleshoot for us. He could’ve easily left and rescheduled us but he didn’t. I was so grateful and absolutely surprised as that’s what most companies do nowadays. He said he wasn’t going to leave until the problem was resolved. Turns out that we needed to replace the thermostat and he made sure to authorize it with me. He programmed everything and got us heat again. His communication was exceptional! Ro Ro was kind to everyone and very quiet too as we are a spa and had guests receiving services. If we ever have future HVAC needs, I’m going to see if we can have Ronald out again. “I had a heat pump and electric furnace installed after my gas furnace died. Steve came out to give me a quote and I really appreciated that he took his time and talked through all the details. He was focused on more than just sales (unlike a few other companies who also gave me a quote) and went over all the technical details. Additionally, Rainier Heating was able to match a better price I got from another company. On the day of installation, the crew did great work! They were very polite, hard working, and ensured everything was done correctly. After installation I had a few issues with the aux heat coming on when it shouldn’t be running and Mike was quick to adjust the settings to avoid this. Highly recommend Rainier Heating - great service and they really care about their customers!“

“Serenity was recomended to us by Rossco Plumbing ( has earned our greatest trust )I have been recomended to them in the past as well.Off hours problem so I scheduled an appointment online, quick Monday am reply and by 9am Samuel was here.Nice guy, you could look him in the eyes and see he was here to help. The issue was not a typical problem and I could understand the time it took to diagnose. The furnace was pulling the interior insulation blanket over the fan when all panels were closed, but to diagnose you needed to open panels and it wouldn't repeat the issue. Eventually it was corrected. American Standard will hear about this issue though“

“Install date 11/22/23We had Best Choice come out to replace our furnace that had finally kicked the bucket and went with a higher efficiency furnace option to hopefully cut down on some heating costs over the long term.Brandon, Will, and Brett were very professional, friendly, and beyond courteous. The team did a great job explaining the work they performed and worked very hard to get the install completed in one day. Installation looks great and we have reliable heat in the house again! Brett took the time to show us how to properly use the new thermostat once it was installed and Will even took his shoes off after he got out of the crawl space and came out of our room holding the shoes because he didn’t want to make a mess.10/10 would recommend Best Choice for friends and family for any HVAC work needed, and plan on contacting them in the future when we can afford to get A/C installed!“

“My ductless system stopped working during the week or so of really cold weather. Absolute Heating sent someone out, figured out the problem, and ordered the part that day. They let us borrow space heaters so we wouldn’t freeze while we waited for the part to come in. Once the part came in, they sent someone that day and repaired it quickly. They were professional and explained everything thoroughly. They stand by their work and are an honest family-owned local company. I would recommend them to anyone! They have a customer for life!“

“We had several issues with our York furnace. Dan from A&H came to our house and troubleshot the furnace. He has expert knowledge of the York system. He identified several faulty pressure sensors, ordered new ones & replaced the faulty ones. A&H gave us priority service since our furnace was our only source of heat and it had been in the 20’s outside. The furnace works great now! I trust A&H and highly recommend them & their technician Dan!“

“They installed our entire system prior to our ownership of this home. So we call them when we have issues, once just for maintenance right after we bought our home and once today. Our furnace and thermostat just went completely dead when temps got low, we did some basic troubleshooting but the solution was beyond us. I call on a Saturday and tell them no rush as we have a wood stove and others may have no hear at all, they made the appointment for the next Monday, two days non emergency, amazing. Also while on the call the gentleman gave me a few solutions to try... The first one was it. They know their stuff, they teach and help rather just try to make a buck... I am so impressed with their customer service, I feel absolutely safe with their service and I am happy to pay them when I need to because I know I actually need to.“
