The issue was not a typical problem and I could understand the time it took to diagnose. The furnace was pulling the interior insulation blanket over the fan when all panels were closed, but to diagnose you needed to open panels and it wouldn't repeat the issue. Eventually it was corrected. American Standard will hear about this issue though“

“Got a couple estimates for a sewer line and the best one i got was from pristine plumbing. They weren't the highest but the were not the lowest, but they did a great job answering all my questions and super cool guys that were very friendly. Ended up going with them and the way they said it would go down is exactly how it happened. No unexpected issues and done the day they said it would be. All in all I'm very happy with my experience. If i could they would get 10 stars!“
“We just had a recent install and we are very happy with the work that was done on our home! We had an older system in our house that barely worked or didn't work at all! So our home would be as cold as a freezer at times! We had the small portable heaters in every room but at times that wouldn't warm up our home either! Now we can get rid of those heaters and enjoy what we have installed! Also glad we were able to get this done before the weather gets warmer as well! The workers were very friendly and respectful to our home and the work was done very quick as well! I would definitely recommend them to get your HVAC needs done!“
