Rocket Rooter was able to get someone out to me the same day I called! Mark was great! He took the time to explain the issue and what would be the likely process. Then quickly made the fixes he had stated. Everything was up and running very quickly!
Mark Spence came to our facility and he was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I can't say enough about how wonderful the experience was. We will have him back anytime we need help.
Mark did a spectacular job for us under some very challenging circumstances. He was able to fix all of our problems despite some unusual situations due to the previous homeowner and shoddy construction many years ago. Great work, and great workmanship!
