Water Heater Installation and Repair near Sumner picked by BestProsInTown
“I discovered a leak on my main water line. A neighbor referred Bennet Plumbing, they were at my house within the hour. They fit me in between jobs and were very reasonable in pricing. Really honest plumbing company, highly recommend. I wish I had before and after pictures, you would never have know they dug a trench, they left it good as new. Thank-you so much.”
“I shopped for systems and installers for about 9 months before pulling the trigger.
The whole process was great and all the workers we very pleasant to deal with. Easy communication and following up, but not spamming. I dealt with about a half dozen companies before hiring Dicks, and I'm glad I held out. They were clearly a way better choice than the others. No drama in the install or use of the system, which was installed about 10 weeks ago. Mini-splits are very quiet and efficient, and they just work.
While the team was working, it was clear that they knew what they we doing and they got after it and finished the work very efficiently.
I would hesitate to call them for any of their skilled trades work. I really can't name any complaints, maybe a few nitpicks.
HVAC is expensive, these guys had a competitive price and were far and away more professional than all the other installers I met with. Definitely shop around, but Dicks should be on your short list.
Great work fellas, and shout out to Edgar, John, Cameron, and the rest of Steve's team whose names I don't recall, and of course the office staff!”
“Darin came out to troubleshoot our gas furnace and went above and beyond. He was able to get us running again and clearly explained what the issue was. He further discovered some other old issues that included a significant CO leak, and was knowledgeable enough on both HVAC mechanics and company work practice that he was able to help me make a fully informed decision for the wellbeing of my family. Our heater closet is nestled in a back corner of our infants nursery and Darin was super respectful. 2month old was sleeping nearby and stayed asleep the whole time. ALSO he does in fact have the Best Beard in the industry.”
