I Need A Plumber Now and Sewer Services

19648 70th Ave S, Kent

Wed Open 24 hours

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly Recommend Ryan from “I Need a Plumber Now!”
After putting in a request on Yelp, “I Need a Plumber Now!” was incredibly quick to respond—and Ryan actually arrived before several other plumbing companies even replied.
Once Ryan arrived, he was extremely helpful and clearly determined to resolve the slow drain in our kitchen. He walked us through a few possible approaches and immediately got to work. After some diligent effort using a drain snake followed by his high‑powered water flushing equipment, the clog was finally cleared.
Ryan also took the time to leave us with helpful tips on how to prevent future buildup, especially regarding cooking oils that had hardened inside the pipes. That extra guidance was much appreciated.
Beyond his technical skills, Ryan was personable, friendly, and professional. In this day and age, it can feel worrisome inviting someone into your home—but Ryan is someone I’d gladly invite back for a cookout anytime.
Overall, the service was fast, efficient, straight to the point, and fairly priced compared to the competition. I highly recommend Ryan and “I Need a Plumber Now!”
Thank you, Ryan, for your hard work!”

Columbia Heating & Air

6811 S 204th St, Kent

Wed 7AM - 8PM

“I've worked with many heating and AC companies over the years, both personally and at the businesses I've managed. Mark from Columbia Heating & Air was exemplary in every way. My home furnace was not working, and I left him a message after hours. He returned my call the next morning, letting me know a window of time he could service my home that day! He then texted me when he was 30-minutes away, and he arrived precisely when he said he would. Mark genuinely wondered what was causing the issues, and he wanted to solve the situation for me as quickly as possible. Other companies in the past have been stumped by my furnace situation, often trying to sell me a new HVAC system. But Mark is very experienced and knowledgeable and customer focused, and within an hour he figured it out. A few hours later, the situation was completely remedied. It wasn't a small job, but he made it feel that way. His pricing was super reasonable, and he even texted later that night and the next day to make sure everything was running smoothly. His customer service and genuine care could not have been better. I can't imagine going anywhere else in the future.”

“Drain Pro was highly professional and responsive throughout the assessment and estimate process. They were quick to schedule, provided a detailed and competitive quote, and sourced hard-to-find parts efficiently. I ended up going with another solution due to new information about my system, but I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Drain Pro in the future.”
