“Serenity was recomended to us by Rossco Plumbing ( has earned our greatest trust )I have been recomended to them in the past as well.Off hours problem so I scheduled an appointment online, quick Monday am reply and by 9am Samuel was here.Nice guy, you could look him in the eyes and see he was here to help. The issue was not a typical problem and I could understand the time it took to diagnose. The furnace was pulling the interior insulation blanket over the fan when all panels were closed, but to diagnose you needed to open panels and it wouldn't repeat the issue. Eventually it was corrected. American Standard will hear about this issue though“

“We had several issues with our York furnace. Dan from A&H came to our house and troubleshot the furnace. He has expert knowledge of the York system. He identified several faulty pressure sensors, ordered new ones & replaced the faulty ones. A&H gave us priority service since our furnace was our only source of heat and it had been in the 20’s outside. The furnace works great now! I trust A&H and highly recommend them & their technician Dan!“

“All Seasons installed our new heat pump and furnace with the Tacoma Power incentives. Their sales person (David) helped us with an education of the various aspects of the heating and cooling of our house. He was quite knowledgable and took his time making sure we got the proper components for our living situation. That initial introduction was wonderful. Robyn who answers the phone and helps schedule is the next part of the positive experience!! The positive and professional follow through that she provides is much appreciated!!! Then, the installation team, headed by Nick, came and gave us an efficient, professional, timely and respectful experience. The three person team were coordinated in the removal of the old system, prepping and pressure testing of the new components, and clean up, and the whole experience was an A+ affair. “We just had a recent install and we are very happy with the work that was done on our home! We had an older system in our house that barely worked or didn't work at all! So our home would be as cold as a freezer at times! We had the small portable heaters in every room but at times that wouldn't warm up our home either! Now we can get rid of those heaters and enjoy what we have installed! Also glad we were able to get this done before the weather gets warmer as well! The workers were very friendly and respectful to our home and the work was done very quick as well! I would definitely recommend them to get your HVAC needs done!“

“Kliemann Brothers Heating and AC is definitely a company looking to keep and serve their customers for a long time. When Julius N.(our technician) showed up, he was unable to access our interior furnace / ac unit in the ceiling due to poor design by the developer. After multiple attempts and discussions with his supervisor, Julius told me that they were sorry, but wouldn't be able to really service the unit we had due to the construction blocking key components. He apologized and let me know that there would be no-charge for their service call today. What integrity and service when the problem wasn't even theirs.When we get our access panel re-routed / corrected, I'll be sure to call them back out for my annual service.“
