The team did a great job explaining the work they performed and worked very hard to get the install completed in one day. Installation looks great and we have reliable heat in the house again! Brett took the time to show us how to properly use the new thermostat once it was installed and Will even took his shoes off after he got out of the crawl space and came out of our room holding the shoes because he didn’t want to make a mess.10/10 would recommend Best Choice for friends and family for any HVAC work needed, and plan on contacting them in the future when we can afford to get A/C installed!“

“All Seasons installed our new heat pump and furnace with the Tacoma Power incentives. Their sales person (David) helped us with an education of the various aspects of the heating and cooling of our house. He was quite knowledgable and took his time making sure we got the proper components for our living situation. That initial introduction was wonderful. Robyn who answers the phone and helps schedule is the next part of the positive experience!! The positive and professional follow through that she provides is much appreciated!!! Then, the installation team, headed by Nick, came and gave us an efficient, professional, timely and respectful experience. The three person team were coordinated in the removal of the old system, prepping and pressure testing of the new components, and clean up, and the whole experience was an A+ affair. “Kliemann Brothers Heating and AC is definitely a company looking to keep and serve their customers for a long time. When Julius N.(our technician) showed up, he was unable to access our interior furnace / ac unit in the ceiling due to poor design by the developer. After multiple attempts and discussions with his supervisor, Julius told me that they were sorry, but wouldn't be able to really service the unit we had due to the construction blocking key components. He apologized and let me know that there would be no-charge for their service call today. What integrity and service when the problem wasn't even theirs.When we get our access panel re-routed / corrected, I'll be sure to call them back out for my annual service.“
