I was initially hesitant to leave this review because the City Energy Systems team was knowledgeable, professional, and responsive throughout most of the process. From my first conversation with Tom to the sales process, communication, and installation day, everything went smoothly. The team answered all of my questions, and I felt confident moving forward.

When choosing the system, I was offered two options: a Trane/Trane combination or a Trane/Midea combination. The prices were very similar, and the Trane/Midea system was recommended because of Midea’s newer technology, warranty, and reliability. The technician was exceptional.
He did a thorough cleaning, as well as checking the system electronically and fluids wise.
Prior to this service, I had 6 other HVAC companies come by to give us a bid for a new system. City Energy Systems was the only one that I felt was totally honest and I felt I could trust. They are straight shooters. I only call them for all my HVAC needs.

We recently remodeled our house and City Energy Systems was the HVAC subcontractor. We thought there was an issue with the heating (User error actually) but the service we received from Anthony and Todd at City Energy Systems was exceptional and effective. I definitely would use and recommend without hesitation City Energy Systems.
