My heater suddenly stopped blowing heat, so I called A+ Services. They had done my septic and a recent plumbing estimate. However, they explained a $200 house call and a $200 hourly charge (rounded barely a few dollars). When I explained that the heater was 18 years old, they mentioned that this was the average lifespan for a furnace. Rainier Heating & Cooling is quality service, quality product and quality staff. I purchased a heat pump from them several years ago and cannot say enough about the outstanding experience. Recently my heat pump had to be stored for 6 months during construction on the building. They made having it reinstalled seamless. I don't write reviews but this is one company that you should absolutely do business with.
