“I had a heat pump and electric furnace installed after my gas furnace died. Steve came out to give me a quote and I really appreciated that he took his time and talked through all the details. He was focused on more than just sales (unlike a few other companies who also gave me a quote) and went over all the technical details. Additionally, Rainier Heating was able to match a better price I got from another company. On the day of installation, the crew did great work! They were very polite, hard working, and ensured everything was done correctly. After installation I had a few issues with the aux heat coming on when it shouldn’t be running and Mike was quick to adjust the settings to avoid this. Highly recommend Rainier Heating - great service and they really care about their customers!“
“Serenity was recomended to us by Rossco Plumbing ( has earned our greatest trust )I have been recomended to them in the past as well.Off hours problem so I scheduled an appointment online, quick Monday am reply and by 9am Samuel was here.Nice guy, you could look him in the eyes and see he was here to help. The issue was not a typical problem and I could understand the time it took to diagnose. The furnace was pulling the interior insulation blanket over the fan when all panels were closed, but to diagnose you needed to open panels and it wouldn't repeat the issue. Eventually it was corrected. American Standard will hear about this issue though“

“We had several issues with our York furnace. Dan from A&H came to our house and troubleshot the furnace. He has expert knowledge of the York system. He identified several faulty pressure sensors, ordered new ones & replaced the faulty ones. A&H gave us priority service since our furnace was our only source of heat and it had been in the 20’s outside. The furnace works great now! I trust A&H and highly recommend them & their technician Dan!“

“We just had a recent install and we are very happy with the work that was done on our home! We had an older system in our house that barely worked or didn't work at all! So our home would be as cold as a freezer at times! We had the small portable heaters in every room but at times that wouldn't warm up our home either! Now we can get rid of those heaters and enjoy what we have installed! Also glad we were able to get this done before the weather gets warmer as well! The workers were very friendly and respectful to our home and the work was done very quick as well! I would definitely recommend them to get your HVAC needs done!“
