I had my furnace replaced and an ac added on top. Kevin was great to work with and extremely responsive to my requests. The tech team was efficient and called me (and provided video( to make sure wiring locations look great before installing. I haven’t had the chance to test out the AC since the temps have dropped but overall, I would recommend this company. I’ll update my review once I have the units running consistently in the winter.

All the technicians were polite, hard working and just amazing! Due to mild temps I haven’t really used either my furnace or ac; but have confidence that they will work great as the Essential team is great.
