Update 4/12/26 The company reached out to us, came to our home and made a plan to properly lift our house. The work was done in a timely manner and we had a much better experience with them this time around. We are very happy with how things turned out.
Awful company. We paid over $38,000 to raise our foundation 1.5”. It started cracking and they were unable to do what they said they could. They “stabilized “ it and left with our savings. It was the biggest waste of money and I suggest you go elsewhere. Garbage. Our house feels like it’s sinking more.

A great naturopathic doctor is hard to find and Jodi Berg is the best. We found her over 21 years ago when my daughter was diagnosed with celiac. Dr Berg not only healed her gut which modern medicine will tell you it's a condition for life n to just take pharmaceuticals. We as a family made the commitment financially 21 yrs ago knowing insurance would not pay the bulk of the visit if any. Fortunately lab work is now covered under our insurance which is vital to diagnosing and keeping abreast of more serious issues down the line. Dr Jodi has a gift in providing a person the nourishment the body needs to stay balanced in this crazy world of stress. Shame on insurance for only paying for medicines that keep a person sick in stead of paying for nutrients that heal your body. It's up to us the consumer to change that!

Went for my first time yesterday and had an amazing experience. My stylist was out sick so another stylist who was working the front desk as well stepped up to cut my hair (Thank you very much Donna). I went in with NO idea what i want done with my hair and she looked at it and just knew what would look good. She trimmed off 3 inches and gave me more layers around my face and I absolutely love it!!! I love all of Avedas products but I need to focus on what my hair needs so I got a couple shampoos and a conditioner!! Thank you again Donna! Where do I even start?! This beautiful soul has been doing coloring and cutting my hair for 2 years now. It really is just ridiculous I have not yet written a review! I always have a great time when I go in to get my hair done and then walk out feeling like a supermodel and a full soul. Ruthie has a loving heart, passionate mind, and kind soul which leads to great conversation during the couple of hours it takes for my hair to be done. Ruthie colored my hair for my wedding and she did such a wonderful job. I always defer to her to what shade of color to do exactly because I know she has a good eye. A few months before the wedding I went to do my hair and she knew just what color was more me than I even knew. She somehow knew what color I feel the most confident in before I even knew. She helped me find the best place to get extensions for my wedding. I recolored my hair just before the wedding and Ruthie was extremely patient with my wedding nerves and forgetful self. Ruthie was able to magically match my hair to the extensions to where it looked beautiful. I got so many compliments over my hair color. I left Seattle sun tan after several frustrating experiences. After coming to Desert Sun I wish I would’ve come sooner! I worked with Tana who is AMAZING! Not only is Tana knowledgeable and professional, she’s a friendly face that I enjoy seeing when I go in. The facility is clean, the staff is wonderful, and the overall experience is amazing.
I would’ve loved to give this location a five because I love Tropical Tan. I’ve been tanning there for over 20 years and I it’s a beautiful location and I love their beds. You know the canning beds were fine same but unfortunately, the employee was very very rude. not friendly in anyway shape or form, yeah just very rude and yeah that you know that makes me not want to go to that location and that would be I mean I could go to one that 20 minutes away that I most likely will now be doing but yeah I just feel like you know I understand everybody has their bad days but when you’re workingin a tanning salon where someone has like myself a mother a single mother I go there you know as my 10 minutes 15 minutes of relaxation you know when I don’t want to be greeted by somebody that doesn’t greet you at all no Smile I mean, yeah I it’s just not a good experience
Love this place! Their combo bed is my favorite! But I am so, so sad they changed their hours from 9am to 9pm to now 11!am to 7pm. Opens late, closes early. I loved going tanning in the mornings or evenings. Now I feel like I can never make it in there! Please for a working moms sake, change it back ?

They have the massage chairs for pedicure customers. My favorite pedicure is the aroma pedicure. You get a choice of fragrances and both a foot wax treatment and a hot stone leg massage. On my fingernails, I like the gel polishes because they last longer and my nails feel stronger. The shop is run by a very kind husband and wife team. Everyone is very friendly and courteous there. This was our first time at Kids Kuts, upon entering the salon we was not acknowledged. I waited and once I realized no one was going to acknowledge me I stated I was here to see Theresa. It was met with obvious annoyance from what appears to be the owner.
Once Theresa came to get my son, 21 months, I felt more at ease. She is very calm, patient and accommodating. He didn’t do well in the first option so we moved on to the baby seat where she played his favorite movie and handed me bubbles to distract him. Our experience with her was wonderful! This 5 star rating is for Theresa alone!

Got a Holism treatment today which included a scalp, face and tricep massage. Cynthia cleansed my skin, hydrated it, used microdermabrasion on my problem areas, a BHA mask and focused meditation. My appointment with Cynthia lasted an hour and cost roughly $130. Please visit her for a deeper level of relaxation and centering. I feel into such a deep, peaceful sense of self I couldn’t think or worry. Cynthia’s hour is worth more than what I paid, see her for a rejuvenating hour.
As a man, it was weird for me to go in for a waxing, but Olivia made me feel very comfortable and took care of my needs in a fast and professional manner. She made my first wax experience way less awkward than I thought it would be.

I had my first Brazilian wax appointment and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! From the moment I arrived, Malia was incredibly professional and made me feel at ease. She walked me through the entire process and made sure I was comfortable the whole time.
Her knowledge was so reassuring, and she was always checking in to make sure I was doing okay during the session, which I really appreciated. The room was clean and relaxing, and it was obvious that hygiene and comfort were a top priority.
I also treated myself to a vajacial afterward, and it was amazing! The soothing treatment was the perfect follow-up to the wax, and it left me feeling fresh and pampered.

He was at my house same day within 4 hours and unplugged my kitchen drain. The price was very affordable compared to the other quotes I received. We had a water heater leak late afternoon on a Saturday. Not only were they helpful in providing steps to shut off water and drain it if needed immediately, but they got us in for a replacement on Sunday morning. The way it's set up now looks way better than our builder grade version, and the water is gets hot a lot faster. Would definitely recommend, and won't hesitate to rely on them again if there's ever a need.

Local supply house in Mount Vernon treated me so poorly that I came down to Everett to visit these folks and boy I’m glad I did! Instead of being told “that’s like finding a needle in a haystack”, I was quickly shown a diagram and shown what I needed. Will be back for all things plumbing.

Not bad just make sure you have your patience with you. Getting in you are going through residential streets. Cars don't care you need the whole street to make your turns. Once you arrive at there driveway you need to take the whole road and watch the power poll on the right you will be real close with the right side of the trailer. As you come in you will see the receiving door. Hug the parking lot to the left just keep it close to the brown things ( bath tubs) in picture 2 then come up beside the black pipe in picture 3 and jackknife it but watch you trailer swing so you don't hit the pipe. Go back down the driveway like you leaving and your set to back up to dock. Now the guy I dealt with was nice and helpful. PS watch you left side backing up to the dock it's a little curve and you don't want to drop off the edge as it's Seattle and it's a swamp and it is a lot deeper than it looks under all the black berries bushes. Easy slow and patience .

I had the pleasure of using Divine Protection several years ago and they were great then. We bought a new house and needed a new home security and alarm system put in. Since we had such a pleasurable experience last time, I thought I'd see if they were still in business. Aaron answered promptly and I couldn't believe it but he remembered exactly who I was. Now that's customer service. He was on the phone with another client and asked if he could call me right back. About 5 minutes later Aaron called back and we got down to business. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and even offered to install the camera system we purchased through Costco. Since we couldn't find a good alarm system we just decided to buy from him. He got us scheduled quickly and was out when he said he would be. You can tell Aaron loves what he does, he is through and doesn't play around, he is all business. He got are systems installed within a couple of days. He took the time to train us properly and answered all the questions we had, which was a lot. This was a couple months ago now. I had a question today so I called Aaron back and again he answered right away and addressed my question and even gave us some other pointers on how to utilize the systems to there fullest extent. Martin and Brian were awesome. We wanted to get our couch cleaned and they truly delivered! They were very easy to talk to and work with, and absolutely personable. We love supporting local businesses and were very happy to have them as our cleaners.
It was a plus that they were able to clean our couch on the 3rd floor of our apartment. They were able to get a drink stain out, along with a bit of acrylic paint that had sat for a long time in the fabric, which took around an hour! It was impressive. Now our couch looks brand new again. We 100% will be considering their services again the next time we need anything professionally steamed!
We did lots of research before selecting this company for roof cleaning, and chose Chinook for the stellar ratings on Better Business Bureau. We also preferred their method of using blowing and moss killer (although we hate to use any chemicals) rather than pressure washing (not recommended for composite roofing, Presidential TL). They were able to schedule pretty quickly, at a decent rate, and communicated well. When we got home, we were so happy with how the roof turned out, and the cleanup was great! Will definitely use them again next time.

I can't recommend Keenen enough. I attempted to self-level my kitchen floor and it went horribly. I called around other flooring contractors and they were either uninterested or unavailable; however, Keenen was able to come out quickly to assess the job. He was extremely knowledgeable about what needed to be done and how he was going to go about doing it. After he fixed my floor he quoted me an extremely fair rate to install some LVT and he did a superb job at that as well.
Update: after all of the terrific work that Amaya’s did for us in 2021 (see below) and again in 2023 when we did our kitchen renovation, we were very pleased to refer them to our son and daughter-in-law to remove carpeting and install LVP tiles in their large first floor closet. After returning from a two week trip to see relatives, they learned their cat had used this carpeted closet as a personal litter box resulting in a horrible odor that permeated their home. Despite a busy schedule, Amaya’s was able to remove all carpeting and instruct these novice homeowners on how to use KILZ primer to paint some unfinished wood before returning to install the beautiful LVP tiles. Odor is now gone and their closet looks better than when brand new—all done quickly and for a very fair price. Thank you to Luis Amaya and his crew! This family owned business does outstanding work and keeps customer satisfaction as their highest priority.
In 2021 Amaya’s Flooring r moved all floor surfaces on both levels of our house and installed oak wood flooring throughout. We have been very happy with the beautiful wood floors that Amaya’s Flooring installed for us. We just purchased a house and wanted all carpeting and existing wood floors removed so that there would be a great flow between rooms on both levels. The end result is just what we were hoping to achieve! Luis was truly wonderful to work with on every aspect of this job—always prompt, responsive, friendly, and courteous along with sending a terrific crew to do the work. Their retail store personnel were great as well. What really amazed us was that Luis beat all deadlines and got this job done in a very limited time before we had to vacate our temporary rental. I recently purchased an older manufactured double-wide home in a Senior Park. I dislike carpeting, so my daughters and I went shopping. Dan and his crew used their crane to take down my 75-foot sequoia tree that was unfortunately taking over everything and threatening my foundation. Today was my first visit. I got T-boned. So I have multiple Bodily injuries to deal with. Chris and Lizzie worked on some stretching and some cupping. And answered all my questions. I look forward to my second visit acupuncture and continuing to address each issue. I’ll be back with another review as my treatment continues. So far so good.

Dr. Dilday has been treating me consistently for over a year, and I have found his adjustments to be very helpful. I have some very specific spinal issues, and the activator method works the best for me; it is the safest and most effective. Additionally, Dr. Dilday himself is so kind and knowledgeable. He is one of only two activator method chiropractors in the area (that I am aware of), and is one of the best in my experience.
Progressive Chiropractor was great to work with. They were very flexible with scheduling and always made it easy to find appointment times that worked for me. The staff was honest, kind, and professional throughout the entire process. They also worked directly with my attorney, which made everything much smoother and less stressful. I’m someone who doesn't trust any medical professional because of past bad experiences, which made me believe they are just trying to make money. I went to Advanced Chiropractic with a back issue. The office coordinator was friendly and answered all my questions politely. Dr. McCay did my back X-ray, explained his plan clearly, and helped me with my back pain afterward. I have a few appointments left that my insurance covers, and I will definitely go back to him for an annual check-up.

Dr. V and the staff are wonderful! The communication is top notch, the office is clean and very relaxing. I had severe hip and lower back pain stemming from pregnancy and old injuries, after a few visit with Dr. V, I went from barely being able to move to feeling like a new person. I decided to bring my daughter in after years of disappointing doctor appointments, allergist & naturopath visits and no answers…just shoulder shrugs and “I don’t know what to tell you”. I've been going to Balance Acupuncture for a few years and my health and well-being has greatly benefitted from both Tony and Susan's work. Jacob and Brandee were both super nice and helpful. I had my permit test on Sunday and unfortunately failed the knowledge test at first because of my English/language barrier, but I passed the skills test. Brandee told me the best option was to call back Tuesday and retake the knowledge test. I did that today and passed! Really appreciate how kind and supportive they were through the whole process. I definitely recommend them and I will definitely take my endorsement test with them too
