We have been very satisfied customers of Chinook Services for a number of years. They have always come through with doing an absolutely exemplary job. This week, Cory power washed our front and back yard retaining walls to remove the moss and dirt. He did a totally thorough job, even going the extra mile to apply a moss retardant to the stones. Michael came today and cleaned out our dryer lint trap and vent hose. He gave us good advice on replacing the dryer vent cover on the outside of the house. His work also gives us peace of mind that any lint build up is gone. We really appreciate Chinook Services in helping us deal with some of the burdens of home ownership.
Technician, Michael, was friendly, courteous, positive professional. He came when he was scheduled and stayed until he and we were satisfied. Michael was extra supportive and took care of several things for us, like carrying a heavy area rug out to our deck and insuring he did an excellent job. We have some very unfortunate pet stains on our carpet, and he worked extra hard to try to get them out. He explained everything he was doing ahead of time.
