We've been customers for almost 2 years and are very pleased. Our previous pest service was a hassle to deal with--scheduling was always an issue, different techs came to the house on every visit, and I never felt confident that my questions were being taken seriously. ProTech has been a dream by comparison. I receive text reminders before my regularly scheduled service appointments. Greg is our regular tech and he is professional and friendly along with being able to answer questions. Amanda responds promptly to texts and billing has never been a problem. Love that they are a family owned company that I can count on for reliability.
