“I had polio as a kid so I have neck, back & leg problems. I get massages fairly often. One night I was really sore & could hardly turn my head. It was in the evening and I couldn't get in to my therapist. I saw Carnation Massage & thought I'd try it. I'm pretty leary about massage parlors but I was really hurting so I stopped. The lady, Mimi, was amazing. Really strong hands & she did my neck, shoulders, back & legs. She really worked my muscles & worked out a lot of kinks & my stiffness. I had my first Brazilian wax appointment and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! From the moment I arrived, Malia was incredibly professional and made me feel at ease. She walked me through the entire process and made sure I was comfortable the whole time.

Her knowledge was so reassuring, and she was always checking in to make sure I was doing okay during the session, which I really appreciated. The room was clean and relaxing, and it was obvious that hygiene and comfort were a top priority.

I also treated myself to a vajacial afterward, and it was amazing! The soothing treatment was the perfect follow-up to the wax, and it left me feeling fresh and pampered.
