Very positive experience working with them. I first visited their storefront last year and was impressed by their friendly customer service. This time, they installed a deadbolt at my home, and the experience was just as great. They were friendly from the start, transparent about pricing, and truly appreciative of my business. I need to have some commercial deadbolts rekeyed and keys made and he came out the same day, exactly when he estimated, understood exactly what I needed and got to work quickly. The price was good and disclosed upfront, he is kind and efficient and theo whole experience was great! Thanks!!

Chris was excellent to work with and did a fantastic job. he was able to repair my broken car door lock (someone tried to break into my car and jammed the lock) without having to order expensive replacement parts. would highly recommend this store to anyone in need of an expert locksmith. Note their new location address as they are no longer located within the South Everett Fred Meyer - they're now on Everett Mall Pkwy
