I have had the pleasure of working with Cascade Lock & Key for over six years, and it’s time to give them the recognition they deserve!
Chris is exceptional. He is incredibly responsive, quick to get the job done, and genuinely appreciative of every job that comes his way. Whether we’ve needed a property rekeyed or locks changed, there hasn’t been a location or project that he hasn’t been willing to take on.
Chris is a pleasure to work with, and his wife, Sarah, has such a kind and sweet soul. Their professionalism, reliability, and outstanding customer service make them a company you can trust.

Had a great experience here! We needed a deadbolt lock installed on our door. Went back and forth a few times over email to lock down the specifics, then went in to the shop to finalize everything, and we got the lock installed that day!!
Chris was so, so, so nice and respectful and arrived and worked very quickly. He did a great job replacing a lock for us and was able to fit it to an existing key. I would hire Chris again for sure! 10/10
