I love me some Nicola. She is super amazing and she truly cares about her customers. She provides information on how to take care of your hair how to strengthen your hair to make sure that it is healthy. She is a very fast braider, and her hands are like super light. They don’t hurt at all. I truly enjoy my experience every time I step into her shop and I’m grateful to have met a wonderful braider who takes her time to braid your hair to care for your hair to provide you information on how to maintain a healthy set of hair.

I had a great experience and will absolutely return. I’m not sure what the name of the woman working was, but she gave me some great advice on hair extensions and helped me choose a perfect colour match for my hair. The quality of the product was also really amazing, and there was a good selection of extensions and accessories available. They have a much better selection than Sally’s and I think the price was better too. Overall I was very pleased with my shopping experience and would return! I definitely recommend shopping here.

Nicola is wonderful so patient so knowledgeable I came in knowing pretty much what I wanted.
But we tried on lots of to confirm.
Finally settled on a style that was very similar to what I wore in my younger days.
She knows I haven't worn wigs for 30 years and so coached me on care and placement .

I really appreciate her expertise.
I really had her attention and appreciated her personal consult. There were plenty of calls and other walk-in customers but I got personal attention and was happy with the end result. Have an idea of what I want to get next time too.
