Very friendly, welcoming, and professional! The staff is very easy to work with and they are great problem solvers. They fixed some scheduling errors very quickly and were genuinely apologetic about the mixup. And besides the slight scheduling issue, I’ve not had a negative experience here at all! The on-site trainer, Kaedan, is especially friendly and attentive, and does their best to assist everyone doing stretches and exercises on the floor. The process is also very smooth, I’ve never had any long wait times and there has been enough equipment for all present patients. Highly recommend!
