“I’ve been coming to Olani for almost 10 years, and I can’t say enough good things about this salon and the talented artists who work here.

Everyone is incredibly friendly, kind, patient, and accommodating. I often come in with complicated nail inspiration photos, and they never hesitate to take the time to hand-draw designs, custom mix colors, or use 3D gel techniques to bring my ideas to life. The level of artistry and attention to detail is truly impressive.

Their prices are also very fair, especially compared to other salons in the area. They are always transparent about pricing, and if you have questions, they are happy to explain services and costs before starting.

I recently saw a review claiming that the salon automatically added a tip charge, and that has never been my experience. I’ve been a customer for nearly a decade and have never been mischarged. I suspect there may have been a misunderstanding regarding a French tip charge. The staff has always been honest and clear about pricing.

As someone who is admittedly a very picky customer, I’ve always felt welcomed and valued here. They’ve never made me feel like I’m asking for too much, even when I bring in detailed or challenging designs. They consistently take the time to make sure I’m happy with the final result.

The quality of their work is outstanding. My nails stay shiny for weeks, rarely chip, and hold up through rock climbing, workouts, and everyday life. I’ve had countless manicures and pedicures here over the years and have never had any issues. If something ever needs adjusting, they are quick to make it right.

It’s hard to find a salon that combines artistic talent, excellent customer service, fair pricing, and lasting quality the way Olani does. I feel incredibly lucky to have them nearby, and I will continue coming here for years to come.

And on the days that I am feeling uninspired, she pulls my go to color out and we get on with our day. Our appointments are never short of laughter. I’m a consistent client so I’ve rarely had to reschedule and I make it a point to be on time (early) to my appointments. I’m respectful of her time because she is respectful of mine.
