“I had 3 glass panels that were broken by careless landscapers and I had been working with insurance adjusters and glass replacement specialists for over 2 months to resolve the issue without any assistance from the landscaping company. I was getting extremely frustrated but Tasha and her team were very responsive and fair in their approach to my situation. The installation of the glass ended up being far more involved than usual and she helped me with the project even though the process took an entire day to complete.

“My experience and interaction with Goldfinch was superb! I see these 1 star reviews from Joey Lauren Tate Andrea Brad Irk Dan etc and I just don’t get it. Complaining because somebody threw a cigarette out the car window and others complaining because they didn’t get a call back the first time…cmon man??!! But to be fair, this is America and everybody has a right to their opinion and their perspective. With that said, I called Goldfinch for a residential bid for 5 windows. A very reasonable bid came back with a leeway time of about 1 month. Steve and Joe showed up at 8am on the button and installed all 5 windows. Both guys were professional, respectful and showed care for our home by prepping with drop cloths and cleaning up after the job. They had the job completed by noon! I highly recommend Goldfinch and will utilize their services again!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
