Today was my first time getting my hair done at Braids by Shan, and I have to say, she did a PHENOMENAL job! Everything was very professional, from the booking process, to arriving (she was ready for me right on time, offered me a bottled water, etc.). The braids she did are so nice, and the parting is so clean as well. Speaking of clean, her place was immaculate, which really helped me feel comfortable. She was so gentle when braiding my hair that I actually ended up falling asleep and taking a much needed nap! I will definitely be going back and telling all my friends to visit her as well. She did a great job, and I'm a SUPER happy customer! :)

On the day of my appointment Shan came to me. She was on time and very professional. I have thining spot she promise to full it out and she did. Most importantly I could sleep at night , it wasn't tight and I got lots of compliments.
