The only disappointment that I have is the selection for the duplicate, for the machine was only offering an RFID Key and no Key FOB or Key Card. To get the duplicate RFID as a Key FOB or Key Card then you will need to wait 3-5 days for it to be mailed. The kiosk program is a bit slow, and the directions provided by the machine is contradictory. For instance the instructions screen was displaying the “START” button near the very top of the screen, but the voice guidance was saying to press the “START” button down below and there is no start button located below the screen.“
