“My lock cylinder broke inside the lock. Mr Kim showed up within 30 minutes and had the entire door knob replaced within 20 minutes and my original key still worked on the lock. Fantastic service, awesome prices. I will call again if I need a locksmith.”
“Shout Out to Cascade Lock & Key!
I have had the pleasure of working with Cascade Lock & Key for over six years, and it’s time to give them the recognition they deserve!
Chris is exceptional. He is incredibly responsive, quick to get the job done, and genuinely appreciative of every job that comes his way. Whether we’ve needed a property rekeyed or locks changed, there hasn’t been a location or project that he hasn’t been willing to take on.
Chris is a pleasure to work with, and his wife, Sarah, has such a kind and sweet soul. Their professionalism, reliability, and outstanding customer service make them a company you can trust.
I highly recommend Cascade Lock & Key. If you’re looking for dependable locksmith services, you won’t be disappointed!”
“Locked out of the house in the freezing cold after a long flight. The dispatcher prioritized the emergency call, and a tech arrived well ahead of the promised time.”
