Great customer service. Blakely was very helpful with assisting our family as we looked for some new carpet. Took the time to walk us through our options and recommend the perfect choice. Couldn’t be happier with the carpet. Price was more than fair based off the quality of the product we received. Do yourself a favor and stop by their store in Everett if you’re looking for new flooring.
After using Lowe's for years for our new carpets, we decided to try Completely Floored and we are glad we did. Ben was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of his products. He guided us through the process of picking out the carpet we wanted and let us decide which one we liked the best. After taking home some samples we found the perfetct match. Ben then set up an appointment with Vani to install it for us. Vani is a very hard working and skilled carpet installer who did an excellent job! I would highly recommend Completely Floored and Vani for your carpet needs!!
