Not only were they helpful in providing steps to shut off water and drain it if needed immediately, but they got us in for a replacement on Sunday morning. The way it's set up now looks way better than our builder grade version, and the water is gets hot a lot faster. “Not bad just make sure you have your patience with you. Getting in you are going through residential streets. Cars don't care you need the whole street to make your turns. Once you arrive at there driveway you need to take the whole road and watch the power poll on the right you will be real close with the right side of the trailer. As you come in you will see the receiving door. Hug the parking lot to the left just keep it close to the brown things ( bath tubs) in picture 2 then come up beside the black pipe in picture 3 and jackknife it but watch you trailer swing so you don't hit the pipe. Go back down the driveway like you leaving and your set to back up to dock. Now the guy I dealt with was nice and helpful. PS watch you left side backing up to the dock it's a little curve and you don't want to drop off the edge as it's Seattle and it's a swamp and it is a lot deeper than it looks under all the black berries bushes. Easy slow and patience .“
