My gutters and downspouts have performed extremely well for 17 years but I suddenly developed a maintenance issue and so called Pacific Star Gutters knowing my labor warranty ended 7 years ago but still wanted their expertise and was willing to pay to fix my issue. To my surprise they said even though it was 7 years outside of warranty they would come out and fix my issue at no charge. They said repeat customers are valuable to them and their business. What a shock, a business that understands what brings people back to the same great company!!”
