United Signature Design and Build
“I've seen a lot of their client meetings. What I notice is they don't push people. They sit down, show a few different design options, and let the client talk through what they like. Clients walk out looking happy, not confused. The design work itself looks really nice too. That kind of consistency says a lot about how a company is run.”
Lion Heart Remodel
“As we searched for someone to help us with a bathroom remodel, the reviews of Lion Heart Remodel impressed us, and now we understand why there are so many fine reviews. Within 2 hours of our initial contact with Richard, he was at our front door to discuss our needs. Throughout the entire process, he was more responsive and available than we could have hoped, providing answers when we had questions, reassurance when we needed it, sharing his vision and offering helpful suggestions when they were appropriate. He worked within our parameters, never pressing for more than we wanted. Each and every contractor Richard brought into the project was easy to work with; they did their jobs efficiently and skillfully. It was clear that their priority was to achieve the best possible version of what we had requested. (Extra shout-out to the tile experts for their attention to detail and dedication to their craft!) Looking back, several things stand out. Richard's easy demeanor might make one wonder what lies beneath it, but we quickly learned that at Richard's core is vast professional knowledge, essential contacts, honesty, and the desire to please while also understanding the realities of a home project. The focus was on what we wanted and the emphasis was on quality. Though remodeling work is expensive, this was definitely a case of getting what we paid for - and more. Richard places high expectations on himself and his team. The result is a beautiful job and happy customers. Thank you!”
