“Oleg, Anna, and their team made all of our kitchen dreams come true! This review is long overdue but they were the absolute best team to work with. This was our first time remodeling and working with contractors and they were incredibly patient and answered all of our questions to ensure we understood the plan.Other contractors we discussed our plan with dismissed many of our ideas right off the bat. Oleg came into our home and immediately started bouncing off ideas with me and offering suggestions based on his expertise. He was always respectful of our budget and never offered us anything that was going to be outside of that price range. He was always very transparent with us and never tried to upsell his products/services.Anna was also so delightful to work with. We picked out our supplies/designs in their showroom and she helped us pick colors/patterns that worked well together. My partner and I have incredibly busy and demanding jobs and she was always available by phone/text to chat about updates or send us additional options if we had a change of heart or wanted to see other offerings.Oleg's contractors were also some of the nicest people out there. They were incredibly respectful to our home and would always have a smile on their face if we ran into them. We felt incredibly safe with them coming into our home and had our complete trust in their capabilities.Needless to say, United Signature is one of the best out there. “Pleased with the work they've done, though there are a few small quibbles I could bring up, and since they asked for a review, I'll give my honest thoughts below. If you're wanting the short version: Solid work at a good price, though some small issues with organizing the work did come up.Cleaning up the yard and replanting went great, the work was done promptly (at the time they said they'd be here), and took a reasonable amount of time. There were a few details which were overlooked (the plants in these photos still had tags on them even once put into the ground); not a deal breaker, but not perfect either.The only real criticism I could give would be that it seemed like my project was something they were less experienced with, as shown by plant sourcing and transparency at certain points. For my project I was wanting some specific native plants (which I had made sure were vaguely available from local plant nurseries), but an issue came up shortly before the replanting work where I had to help source some of the plants (some places just didn't have enough readily available). Which happens - I'm hardly an expert who knows if that's reasonable - but it is something that I had figured was handled since this issue didn't come up until time was a factor.Am I happy? AbsolutelyDo I think there could have been improvements in how the project was handled? YesAm I an expert whose opinion matters? Not really“

“We had water damage from the toilet in our upstairs master bathroom, extending to underneath the shower/tub. After another company dried everything out, we hired JHB to replace our bathtub, wall surround, and faucet/valve, and to replace about 50 SF of subfloor and underlayment in the bathroom and a similar amount of drywall in the ceiling below. JHB's crew was very professional and did a great job with everything. The new flooring is perfect, and the tub/surround looks very nice, with a smooth transition to the original drywall. The price was fair, especially considering the mix of flooring, drywall, plumbing, insulation, and other scope. In retrospect we should have had JHB also do the initial drying out, as their pricing would have been much better and we are confident in their quality.“

“You always want to go with a contractor that you have a good feeling about and Jose was that for us! He was super knowledgeable on opening a wall between our main living spaces. He took the time to explore all his options and explain the work that needed to be done. He even came out a second time to walk us through his quote. Never once did it feel like a sales pitch which wasn't the case with other contractors. During the project he sent pictures and called me to recap the day. He was honest, stuck to his quoting, and the turn around time was super fast. I will absolutely be calling him for our next house project.“

“We were fortunate enough to find Lion Heart to remove the Mable tile from our hearth. We have a beautiful mantle and needed to find someone to come in who was experienced to remove the tile without damaging the mantle. We are 100+% happy with the result. What a fantastic job Richard did for us. He was super clear about everything and madesure we were clear. Was very good with communication. He was on time and he left the area in a ready position for the surface to be installed! He will return to replace the trim that was necessary to remove for our install! We highly recommend Lion Heart Remodel.“
