Early Friday morning, during freezing temperatures, our old water heater failed—and these two truly saved the day. Brendan was extremely informative and went above and beyond to make sure the job was completed before dark. From breaking up ice to create a safe pathway, to recommending and implementing better solutions than what had previously been installed, we could not be more pleased with the final result. I had a clogged bathtub drain for years and (at the advice of the most recent plumber that visited from a different company) was about to have sections of the wall/ceiling removed in the attempt to access the pipe. Randy was both very knowledgeable and professional, and after he got the pipe partway open, his supervisor Keith came over with additional equipment and they completely fixed it.
