Project Plumbing, Inc.

Project Plumbing, Inc. is a reliable plumbing service provider in the Richmond area. Based on the reviews, the company has received both positive and negative feedback.

On the positive side, customers have praised the company's quick response, professional service, and fair pricing. One customer described the plumber, Virgil, as "kind, professional, conversational, and super responsive" and appreciated the transparent and trustworthy service. Another customer was impressed with the company's ability to quickly fix a leaking kitchen sink, which another plumber had said would take a week to repair.

However, the company has also received negative feedback regarding a poor customer experience. One customer had a frustrating experience after a shower repair, where the company did not address the issue properly, and the customer had to fix the problem themselves. The customer felt that the company got their money and did not seem to care that the shower was still not working correctly.

Overall, Project Plumbing, Inc. appears to provide decent plumbing work, but the reviews suggest that the company's responsiveness and customer service can be inconsistent. Customers may have a positive experience, but if something goes wrong, the company's handling of the situation could be a concern.
