My first experience with Project Plumbing could not have been better. From my initial call to the office, the team was polite and clear about appointments. I was able to make an appointment quickly that was flexible for my schedule. I was told I'd receive a call when the plumber was on his way. The morning of my appointment, I received the call about -15-20 mins ahead of when Virgil would arrive - super helpful! Virgil arrived and introduced himself - let me describe my problem/questions and let me know exactly what he would do and even made a few suggestions to help improve the finished product - very thoughtful! Project Plumbing was on top of it! We sprung a leak in a really tight - hard - to reach place. They were able to get up inside the crawlspace (dark and scary) and found the pin-hole leak causing all the issues. They provided a fair and reasonable estimate on the spot and within a couple of hours it was all done! Thanks again PP! Well done!!
