We had an HVAC drainage issue and with the recommendations we received from neighbors, we contacted Chase to remedy or problem. The office staff was extremely courteous and helpful scheduling an appointment right away. Travis was our Tech and I was very impressed with his professionalism, friendliness, knowledge and attention to detail. He corrected our drainage issue and explained each and ever step of why we had the problem and what he did to correct it and what to do to prevent it again.We also needed a full PM on both of our HVAC units and again scheduled an appointment with Chase. My A/C was not working properly and gave Chase a call. Joe called me back within 10 mins and was at my house within 45 mins. Fixed my A/C and made sure everything else was working properly. Ensure my A/C was draining properly as well. Will recommend my friends to Chase and will keep my business in the future. For it being an emergency situation, the price was still affordable.

Can't say enough good things about Chase. Jeremy did the summer maintenance check and found dampers in the crawl space which he opened to allow more airflow to the upstairs bedroom; now a stronger flow, creating a more uniform temperature throughout the house. Other service techs in the past had missed these dampers. Jeremy is a true asset to your company and I will ask for him to do the winter maintenance.
