We have been using Chase since 2016 for HVAC and plumbing. They are amazing and have always been fast and efficient. Nick in service makes it easy to schedule any appointment, Joe (our favorite tech) has been servicing us since the beginning and is knowledgeable and wonderful, and Mike Burton is true to his core values. We will continue to use Chase for years to come because of our decade long experiences.

Columbia Gas Company found a gas leak going from the has meter into the house yesterday...they subsequently turned off our natural gas which we use for our stove & on-demand water heater..NOT GOOD. Then a repair company, Chase Inc, was highly recommended to us and after a Very Pleasant conversation with the Chase Administration/Staff, they sent Nick and Ryan out the next morning to make the repair...we are now waiting for Columbia to turn our gas back on and be able to cook and have hot water :o).
