Always glad to see Mike! I have a complicated and “nonsensical” system I inherited, and he is the only person that has been able to successfully navigate. I appreciate that he works to find the most cost effective solution, and is very conscious about cost to the customer.Kudos to James River for their positive changes to their business model. Phone calls are returned, service is immediate, and parts needed are actually ordered, and follow up is automatically done. I do not have to micromanage. So now, can you add a “frequent flyer” program? ? Thank youI
We decided on a system replacement after our annual maintenance visit revealed some issues. The first tech that came out explained the concerns clearly and gave us realistic expectations for the life of our old system. The sales manager came out really quickly and reviewed cost and financing options simply. He answered all of our questions and navigated our financial limitations when explaining the choices. He walked us through each step of the financing application. Our install was scheduled for three business days out. An unexpected home improvement project, which could have been stressful and time consuming, was quick and easy. Professional service all way around!
Mike arrived on time with great commutation. Listed to our issues, went right to work and diagnosed the problem, had the parts on hand to fix and insured everything worked properly before leaving. I manage multiple properties with varying heating and cooling units. We have alway called James River Air because they have always responded in a timely manner with knowledgeable technicians and resources to handle our issues. Thanks John
