I highly recommend FH Furr… I was amazed at the professionalism and communication related to getting the appt setup. And then the person who came, Scott M., was extremely knowledgeable, and patiently explained to me how the system works, and what the issue was. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue, order the part, and get it installed so my gas furnace would start heating the house again.
Kruger Daniel came out to perform our annual heating inspection today, and he was super helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. He addressed all of our questions and gave good suggestions for maintaining the system.I’m also very late in posting this, but Greg Fellows did a fantastic job with the install of our a/c this past summer, and Porter Jenkins went above and beyond when running power over our fireplace in working to also install a tv mount. He was extremely determined in spite of some challenging circumstances, and unfailingly pleasant throughout.Based on all of our experiences so far, FH Furr hires great people!
We have used Furr for about 5 years now. Before it was Short Pump Heating and Air. Have always been pleased with the techs and their work.I just bought a new house that I knew was going to need some updating so needless to say Furr has been out to my house a lot lately lol. Plumbing side Chris Stephens, had a new HVAC installed James, Micah, and Max. They were amazing! It was a cold rainy day and they worked very hard and actually were done earlier than expected.Electrical side Matthew was amazing very efficient and knowledgeable. He did a lot of work for me. Panel was a wreck and home needed new outlets etc. I have plans for him to come back after holidays do some more...read full review
