He took pictures of everything. He then relayed that information to their office. The next day, a team showed up at my house first thing in the morning and were done no time. The Bear Mechanical team rolled in with every man on deck with breakfast, even the owner of the company was there! They were friendly, knowledgeable and they all had GREAT attitudes! As soon as all the parts were in, we set an installation date. He was on time, professional and the removal and installation of the new unit was completed in a day. “Had a leaking sink drain repaired 3 different times. I tried first then had a friend who did plumbing on the side. No luck. Called C & E Powell. His grandson, Travis, was able to come by the next day. He was supposed to be here @ 12. Got here @ 1030. In and out in half an hour. Quality job and decent price. Seemed to be a very nice guy. My brother owns rental properties, uses Williams, and recommended him to me.I called on the Friday before New Years Eve and he answered quickly. Unfortunately for me, he's on vacation out of state, but (with his kids playing in the background) he patiently gave me enough information to get started on solving this problem. I didn't get a voicemail or answering service. He answered EVEN ON VACATION and helped me out. So... I'll call him when he's back but for now I'm able to make progress. He's a stand-up guy.“
