The lateral drain for my 100-year-old house is backed up and I was having trouble getting access for a big drain-cleaning snake through the basement drain. My brother owns rental properties, uses Williams, and recommended him to me.I called on the Friday before New Years Eve and he answered quickly. Unfortunately for me, he's on vacation out of state, but (with his kids playing in the background) he patiently gave me enough information to get started on solving this problem. I didn't get a voicemail or answering service. He answered EVEN ON VACATION and helped me out. So... I'll call him when he's back but for now I'm able to make progress. He's a stand-up guy.

Mr. Williams came out and repaired a toilet, cleared a drain and fixed low water pressure all for under $300. He was professional and kind to my annoying dogs. It was an all around great experience.Services: Drain cleaning
