He took pictures of everything. He then relayed that information to their office. The next day, a team showed up at my house first thing in the morning and were done no time. “We were having trouble with a leaking hot water line that was baffling the contractors dispatched by our home warranty company. The problem (of course) wasn’t covered and seemed to keep escalating to potentially involve major work opening up a slab, but a neighbor recommended we get a second opinion from Kelleher… thank goodness! They came promptly when scheduled to assess the problem. The plumbers dispatched, Daniel and Aaron, were fantastic! They were thorough and explained everything they were doing. Thanks to their skill and detective work, they were able to determine that the problem pipe was and old line that was capped and the end and not feeding anything in the house. Once they determined the problem, they quickly fixed it that day with very minimal demo in order to access, cut, and cap the old pipe at the source. We were so grateful for their service and for saving us from spending what could have amounted to thousands of dollars on a wild goose chase!“

Although we were met with dignity and respect, there was a service charge that was not to our satisfaction. Upon hearing my complaint, the company reached out to me directly and listened to my concerns. They offered an acceptable solution that worked for everyone and they did this without hesitation. They immediately provided the solution, and they showed us that that they truly are a stand up company that wants to do honest reliable work to earn customer business. “We bought a 40+ year old house in North Side and the water heater looked rough and outside hose bibs were leaking. A friend recommended us to call Paul Brown Plumbing & Heating, so we did. Randon is great to work with over the phone and text. She was able to get a team out to the house in a few days to take care of the water heater hose bibs and to help us look at some other potential issues we had. The house itself was in rough shape so we decided to have them replace all the pipes to pex while we did other renovation projects. They came out three times and now the house has all new pipes, they fixed a drain pipe in the wall (another crazy issue we discovered after the fact) and made all the connections to the sinks, dishwasher, toilet, and tub. The installation team was punctual, respectful, neat, and thorough. The pricing was consistent with the quality of work this company provides and well worth it! We will use them again should we need their services (hopefully we won't, but you know how that goes) and we recommend giving them a call for your plumbing needs.“
