I needed to move an outlet to hang my tv so I called this company again since I'd had a great experience before, unbeknownst to me the tech not only moved the outlet but the cable connection too! I thought I was going to have to hire a different company for that part. The wall doesn't even look like it was touched. 2 different appointments in 2 months both times I was impressed with the professionalism & expertise.“
“I have never met such nice people. The owner Doug is an extraordinary man. We live in Powhatan in a 3 year old house. Our hot water heater kept having sensor problems. Last year Doug came out and fixed it on a Saturday. My wife sat down and had coffee with this nice man. I trust this guy 100 percent. We had the same issue on Friday, he sent a guy out Saturday, but we needed a new sensor. He sent a guy this morning, Sunday and they fixed it. He did not charge us the after hours huge fees that other companies charge. I will recommend this company to everyone I know. Thanks and God bless!“
