“The lateral drain for my 100-year-old house is backed up and I was having trouble getting access for a big drain-cleaning snake through the basement drain. My brother owns rental properties, uses Williams, and recommended him to me.I called on the Friday before New Years Eve and he answered quickly. Unfortunately for me, he's on vacation out of state, but (with his kids playing in the background) he patiently gave me enough information to get started on solving this problem.
