“Nice, small studio that has everything you need for a class. Its size gives you a rather intimate experience.... sometimes hard to believe you're doing a Bikram style class.The classes are never full so there's always room for your mat and no one is blocking you. There are 2 showers for females so that adds to the convenience.“

Like seriously, the owner and instructors at this place have to be some of the most welcoming and nicest bunch of people that I’ve ever met.I tried their free 3-day yoga pass and enjoyed it. However, I will say that this studio places (or seems to place) a heavy emphasis on spirituality vs. yoga as a form of exercise/fitness. As someone who’s loosely spiritually, at most, it was a nice thing to experience, but was a bit too much for me personally. So if you’re like me, and enjoy meditative practice in your yoga sessions but want the focus to be on fitness/balances/cardio, this might not be for you either. I also found myself wishing that they had more class offerings throughout the week, but they are a small privately owned studio, so I get it. Overall, I would very much recommend this place to anyone looking to really incorporate their inner spirituality into their yoga practice. Namaste!“

In the past 5 years, Aliya has supported myself and our family through our highs ( weddings, pregnancy and graduations) as well as our lows (cancer treatments, hospice care and death). We are blessed to have Aliya and Peace, Mind and Body Yoga in our lives. The skills and support we've received has been invaluable. This yoga studio, wherever you access it, has a wonderful vibe. Teachers are challenging and nurturing to the whole you! They give great verbal cues during class as well as lots of cool ideas to take with you throughout your day. I've had the benefit of taking classes @ Sun&Moon for 8 years. From the start, Hector (personal training manager) made me feel at ease during my assessment. He really listened to my goals, considered my personality, and thoughtfully matched me with a trainer who would be the best fit. I’m a few months into my personal training and he’s continued to check in, which shows how much he genuinely cares about clients’ comfort and progress.
I was paired with Daniel, and I couldn’t be happier. He makes every session fun with his great sense of humor while still pushing me to improve. His knowledge and expertise are obvious — he’s always ready to answer my questions and provide helpful insight. Daniel is also incredibly professional, always prepared and on time for our sessions. Thanks to him, I feel more confident in the gym and I actually enjoy coming to workouts (even if I complain along the way ?).
Thanks to Hector and Daniel, what once felt intimidating has become something I truly enjoy. I’m so grateful for the encouragement, support, and positivity they’ve brought into my fitness journey.“

“I’ve been at Club Pilates Lorton for about 1.5 years now. Debbie and Amanda both have a passion and talent for Pilates and running a well programmed and engaging Pilates class. There are so many other great trainers there but these two in particular always give me a challenging and interesting workout. I come from a background of weightlifting and CrossFit so I thought Pilates was going to be too easy, but I’ve been proven wrong, especially in Amanda’s classes. The best part about Pilates is that it’s low impact and core focused which has helped me continue to build muscle and stay in shape despite my injuries. I love it and I hope this review helps someone who is thinking about trying Pilates!“
