We got estimates from 4 companies, and not only was Superior one of the most reasonable cost-wise, but there was a world of difference in how thorough, responsible, and knowledgeable they were. It never felt sales-y, just honest and helpful and extremely communicative. We have a pool and needed to replace our leaning fence before it fell down, and they understood the urgency and were able to get us in very quickly despite it being their busiest time.
The crew, led by Darbin, continued the excellent service, showing up on time, working hard through a 95-degree day, having us sign off on everything before they did it, and staying until after 7pm to finish as much as they could in one day. They completed the job quickly the next morning and made sure to walk through the whole yard with us to be sure we were satisfied with both the work and the cleanup. The fence, cut and crafted on site (with old one fully hauled away), looks great - no gaps and well-constructed. We would 100% recommend Superior to anyone who asks!

After being severely sick with COVID and having to take so many different medications, I developed Seborrheic Dermatitis. I purchased the Nourishing Scalp Serum and I love it! These guys were great! We had some siding come off due to high winds. We found them online, messaged them and we heard back in less than 24 hours. They came out as soon as weather allowed - after that it was a breeze to get an estimate, match siding color, and get the work done - all very affordably. Their communications throughout the process were excellent, which is a huge plus. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Don's Furniture Restoration. We could not be happier with the furniture repair and refinishing service we received from Don and his team. They did an amazing job restoring an antique table that was broken when our living room ceiling crashed to the floor. We were sad that we had to throw away a lot of things that were not salvageable but absolutely did not want to throw away this table that was one of our parent's favorites, so I did a google search and decided on Don's based on good reviews. The table needed to be refinished before it was broken, but we took it to Don's just to see if it could be repaired, but he saw to it that the wood was refinished and repaired. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were next level. The Customer Care (not customer service) was superior, and we picked up the table within the time frame that was promised. We are so happy with the finished product that we will be taking a mirror; that was also broken when the ceiling fell, in for repair. Don explained the process clearly and produced a beautiful table. They offered a price that was a few hundred less than another company who has many good reviews and much more less than a couple other quotes I got which were completely ridiculous. They delivered the correct material ordered. I built a deep refrigerator panel which was in place for final measure and template, but they showed up with a piece for a shallower depth fridge panel that had a partial roundover and installers had to cut it down to make flush. I should have told them to just leave and and cut it myself because the cut was done with a grinder and did not turn out perfect. I really wanted that particular cut to be flush and perfect because it meets a wood panel with no tile or backsplash to cover edge. The installers were in a rush and kept trying to leave when I noticed some fabrication issues that required correction. There were several spots that did not get polished out correctly during fabrication and a couple small scratches that could not be resolved. They tried to fix the issues very fast and it seemed to look better after the fix but my eyes are aging and I am not entirely positive that it absolutely perfect. The owner assured me this expensive quartz material would be more durable than the old black galaxy granite, but I am already noticing scratches from the dog trying to get to food and the black galaxy actually seems to be a little harder material after all so I am not sure how the Cambria will look after 20 years compared to the granite it replaced. I thought the quartz we chose was some of the most durable material you could buy from my research and the owner's advice. This is not really their fault, I am going to contact Cambria and see what they say about the scratches. I was going to try and use their services again for some vanity tops that I need because they offer very good pricing, but they seem to be out of business all of a sudden. I would recommend them because they have the best prices, but make sure to closely inspect during installation because their workers seem to go really fast and might not be the best quality, hence the low price.

I have been seeing Marina for highlights and haircuts for about 2 years. Not only is she an amazing person, she is a skilled and phenomenal hairdresser. People ask me who does my hair, and I have referred several other people to her who also love her. Her skill with color is top notch and I always leave feeling so happy with her work. Idk if Covid changed the game or what, but im used to paying $30 for a haircut and beard trim. So while the hot towel, andhead massage, and offering of a beverage was nice, I would have preferred to not have any of that and pay a more acceptable fee.
That being said, if you got money like that (I dont) then this place is for you. Great customer service, they did a great job.

Bottom line: if I wanted to dig out another basement and turn it into a fantastic living space, these are the guys I would call.Eddie and his team transformed the crawl space under our house into a well-crafted finished basement. After underpinning and extending the foundation (6 additional feet), they poured a new floor, built a laundry room, full bath, staircase, and living area that we now use every day. Their minimally invasive approach was impressive (the opinion of a friend of mine who is an engineer), which allowed us to stay in the house during construction. It was painstaking work and they handled it like professionals, going above and beyond to ensure everything was timely, done to code, and constructed with great care. Their price was more than fair, and their consistent communication relieved our anxiety about taking on a project of this size and made it easy for us to adjust to unexpected issues as they arose (which they always do in a massive remodel). Independence Landscaping was contracted with VDOT for snow removal in the Lorfax neighborhood during the January 2026 snowstorm. Snow removal was difficult due to the amount of snow and the icing that followed combined with extreme cold. Lorfax streets provided additional challenges.
