Nice, small studio that has everything you need for a class. Its size gives you a rather intimate experience.... sometimes hard to believe you're doing a Bikram style class.The classes are never full so there's always room for your mat and no one is blocking you. There are 2 showers for females so that adds to the convenience.

Hi everyone. I’m trying hot yoga the second time after 5 years being in a long hiatus here in Bikram Hot Yoga in Woodbridge.It’s so great to be back. Love the place before and loving it more. They offer more classes now like hot yoga barre. Please check their website for other classes that fits your needs. Facility is very clean. Teachers are very friendly and accommodating. The community is great.Parking is not a problem. You won’t feel intimated as a newbie wether you can follow or just want to stop and catch your breath. Bikram Yoga in Woodbridge is awesome! I have never done Yoga prior becoming a member of this studio and never imagined that 8 years later I am still loving it. Mainly because of Lola and her outstanding instructors and a group of friendly yogis at this facility. Haven’t seen my chiropractor for the past eight years.Highly recommended!
