This bamboo yoga class with Ariunaa is incredible. I’ve already noticed huge improvements in my flexibility, mobility, and overall joint health since taking it. I always leave her classes feeling refreshed, grounded, and more in tune with my body. I’d never taken a yoga class like this before, but Ariunaa makes it worthwhile with her energy. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would.

Robbin!!! Great class!!! I’ve been dropping in at this hot yoga study a few times per year. Decided to end the year with a class. It was a small class and an instructor I had not met before. It was an excellent class and hot yoga is such a healthy practice. I highly recommend it

This not lukewarm yoga, be ready to SWEAT. It’s a nice studio with easy parking. Classes are led in such a way that veterans and newcomers alike can participate. They offer a variety of classes and there are several different instructors. I think I’ve taken at least 1 class from each instructor and they are all wonderful in their differences. My favorite class is 26 and 2/Bikram, and I really enjoy Yogi Robin. She has a way of keeping you from thinking too much about how hard it is to hold a pose, even if it’s only for 1 minute.
