LA Fitness

LA Fitness is a great gym with amazing employees, great customer service, and a clean environment. The remodeling definitely improved some things, especially the new seats in front of the mirrors, which are awesome. However, I really miss the boxing room, and the gym can get pretty hot because the cooling isn’t great. Some of the old, simple machines were also replaced with equipment that I personally don’t like as much, and some of the new additions feel unnecessary. The equipment is still good overall, but I wish they would bring back the boxing room and improve the water and cooling. Still, it’s a good gym and I enjoy coming here.

I’ve been coming to this LA Fitness in Woodbridge, VA, on and off for over 10 years, and I have to say that this is the best shape I’ve seen the gym in a long time.

Recently, I witnessed an incident where someone entered the gym without a membership and was behaving very disrespectfully toward the staff and management. The individual even entered the sauna while I and another member were inside and was acting erratically and refusing to cooperate when management asked him to leave.

The La Fitness at Woodbridge is awesome. It's so spacious and it has racquetball, water aerobic classes, Zumba, and many other classes. I especially like the cycling class with Erica. She is fantastic.
