Once you find the building at the back of the parking lot, you walk up 2 sets of stairs and essentially look for their sign. I booked a prenatal massage with Ginger, and it was very relaxing! The massage started with choosing an essential oil, that was placed under the headrest. Ginger checked in with me during the massage regarding the pressure and provided information on why and what she was doing. I recommend booking a prenatal massage here for a relaxing experience!“

“I attended Elite Physical Therapy in 2024 before and after a labrum tear hip orthoscopy surgery. The staff were always kind, supportive, and knowledgeable. I was always impressed how it seemed like each member of the staff knew each patients name. The PT was instrumental in my recovery. They paced the increased difficult in therapy exercises perfectly. Often I would be unsure I could perform a certain action and a week or two later would be doing it with ease. You're in great hands here.“

I am amazed at how quickly he can diagnose and find the problem areas - he hones right in on the sore and injured muscles. I appreciate how he takes the time to explain what he is doing, and why. I leave with a better understanding of the issue, what I can do on my own to continue treatment, how to change the habits that led to the issue in the first place, and how to create new habits to prevent it from recurring. His is approach is very complete and holistic, and I thoroughly recommend him and Focus for PT.“

That's because he spends all his time manipulating my knee and figuring out how my body mechanics are not working a year after surgery. He then gives me the proper exercises to do at home to rebuild my knee strength and flexibility where it is off kilter. Phoenix in Tenleytown just had me doing exercises for the whole 45 minutes I was there and did almost no body manipulation. It was in and out for everyone with little hands on work, especially work that would identify what was wrong. I can't say enough about Tony Touma and CORE.“

I have been to multiple physical therapy places where a P.T. spends 10-15 minutes with you and then you do your physical therapy exercises with someone else for the rest of the time there. What I really appreciate about Core Wellness is that they spend the hour with you and really listen to your complaint, and work on addressing that complaint. They don't take the majority of your time to do physical therapy exercises at the place; physical therapy exercises are your responsibly to be done at home. Dana has really help to significantly reduce my back, knee, and hip pain.“
